I hope you are all drinking lots of water and doing lots of exercise 🙂

Why not try the plank challenge again this week?

Try this 3 times, all 3 attempts must be within 20 minutes.

Keep note of each time you record so you have a target to beat on your next attempt.

You will need to see if you can stay up for as long as possible (set a stopwatch).

As soon as you come out of the plank position ( put knees on the floor, stand up or lay down ) you must then stop the clock and write down how long you were able to hold a plank for.

Try this 3 times, all 3 attempts must be within 20 minutes.
